A customer may return any product purchased from us at the time of delivery, or within 7 days if & only If:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Product is not as per the quality and or quantity specifications
- Product doesn’t meet customers’ expectations either in packaging or its defective delivery state or its in inconsumable state.
Customers may return unopened or defective items within 7 days of receiving a product. Customers to ensure products they return are not caused by; misuse of product damages; damage due to malfunctioning of product; tempered with products missing original packaging; semi-consumed products.
At LiveHealthy, we strive to give you the best. Where we don’t meet your expectations in providing you a quality product, once you, the customer has raised a concern, we shall endeavor to respond within 2 day via phone/ text and or email. Where refund is certain, it shall be take 7-14 days after our acknowledgement. Refund requests will be based on our inability to; deliver ordered and paid for products; customer returns of faulty paid for products; cancelled orders before dispatch.
For online purchases, refundable amounts will either be a credit note to the account of a customer (voucher they can use on their next purchase) or a replacement of the faulty product. For cash payment orders, refund shall only be given via LiveHealthy store Credits.
